Message: I personally love this place. It has a good assortment of products and brands and you can never go wrong in getting some army or navy surplus gear. I go here often and the people inside who work there are wholesome people.

Message: Hello Isabel,. This is Jarren from Bill's Army Navy. Your review has left us very confused. We keep a very small, tight staff here at Bill's and what you described doesn't seem characteristic of any of us individually, let alone the staff as a whole. First and foremost, I have never experienced any sort of racial hostility or slurs from any of our staff, and the notion that anyone here would take part in anything of the sort seems both bizarre and ill-founded (I can't personally attest to the staffs' individual opinions of Morgan Freeman, but personally I can say that 'Through the Wormhole' is my favorite show). We have been a part of the local community here for more than 40 years, and over those years our customers as well as our current and past staff have been representative of many different races, cultures, creeds, religions and beliefs. Secondly, I have a hard time believing that you were not assisted after requesting help. We have very high customer service standards and take pride in assisting our customers find the products they need (either here or elsewhere! ). All of our current staff reflect this attitude, and I have personally never seen any contrary behavior. In regards to one of us watching 'pornographic content' on a cell phone whilst checking you out at the register, I have a very difficult time believing that would occur among any of our staff.. I believe you may have been mistaken in what you think you saw on the cellphone screen. However, one thing I will apologize for is the 'stuff' on the rug. Earlier this month our storeroom flooded (nearly 8 inches of water! ), destroying our trusty vacuum cleaner. We ordered a replacement online, but it took a good week to arrive. During said week, the rug did accumulate a lot of packaging remnants and leaf debris. We do apologize if this debris was off-putting, and we can assure you that we now have our replacement and the store is once again being vacuumed nightly.. If you have any other concerns or complaints, please stop by the store so we can discuss them.
